Huddle Agency, tech focused meetings and events agency, announced that it has appointed Hayley Contegiacomo as chie technology officer. In this new role, Hayley will be responsible for leading the development of Huddle Agency’s technology focused suite of services for planning corporate meetings and events.

Hayley’s experience in the corporate meetings and events industry spans over 17 years and a variety of roles from event planner to event technologist. She began her career in Melbourne, Australia as an event planner, where she managed large conferences, meetings, and incentives for a wide variety of clients. With a solid foundation in event planning, Hayley moved to the USA in 2014 to broaden her experience in the events industry and began to specialize in creating systems and processes to make event planners more efficient. It quickly become clear that system and event tech are Hayley’s superpower!
Hayley’s deep understanding of the technology ecosystem enabled her to digitally transform the planning process for a large global event agency with offices in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Through automation of manual processes for event planners, management, and clients, she provided more bandwidth for increased productivity and dramatically improved accuracy in the planning process. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients to revolutionize the way they plan, execute, and evaluate events, leading to numerous awards for excellence in the creative use of event technology.
In her role as global chief technology Officer at Huddle Agency, Hayley will continue to innovate and create smarter and more efficient systems for event managers and better experiences for in-person and virtual attendees around the world.
